You might be here because something has felt harder than it should for a while now. Maybe it’s constant worry, a heaviness that won’t lift, a brain that won’t slow down, or thoughts about food and your body that take up more space than you want them to. Maybe you and your partner keep having the same argument, or feel more like roommates than you used to. Whatever brought you here, you don’t need the perfect words to begin.

I’m an LCSWA, and I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, and relationship challenges. I also help individuals and couples with concerns around sex and intimacy, including mismatched desire, disconnection, communication about needs, and the shame so many people carry around these topics. I’m especially drawn to working with people who have spent years trying to “fix” themselves and are ready for a gentler, more effective way forward.

I’m a queer-affirming therapist, and I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures. I also practice from a Health at Every Size® (HAES) perspective. Your body is not a problem to be solved, and our work will never include pressure to change who you are or shrink yourself to be worthy of care. My work is rooted in person-centered care and informed by CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Together, we’ll get curious about what’s getting in your way, notice the strengths you may be overlooking, and build tools that fit how your mind and body actually work, not how you think they’re supposed to.

In our sessions, you can expect honesty, warmth, and room to be exactly who you are. Nothing is too awkward or too small to talk about. You bring the expertise on your own life, and I’ll bring the support, structure, and perspective to help you move toward what matters most.
