I strive to create a safe, supportive, and calming space where you can freely share your thoughts and emotions. You are the expert of your own life, and my role is to support you on your unique journey while offering guidance and encouragement along the way. I take a person-centered approach to counseling, seeing each client as a multi-faceted human being with inherent strengths and abilities. While counseling can be challenging, I strive for you to experience glimmers of joy throughout the process as well.

I work with people navigating eating disorders, CPTSD, ADHD, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQIA+ mental health challenges through a Health at Every Size (HAES) lens, committed to supporting clients of all backgrounds and identities. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQQIA+ community and strive to create an affirming and inclusive therapeutic space. Serving clients aged 16 and up, I have a particular interest in working with emerging adults, appreciating the opportunity to support them during this transformative period of their lives as they navigate significant transitions and discover their identities.

Additionally, I have completed the Tier 1 Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders training and incorporate a holistic approach to mind and body healing. My work is informed by my education in somatic intervention, mindfulness, expressive arts therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing me to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
