she/her
I am passionate about supporting people in being who they want to be, and creating space for them to feel safe, seen, and celebrated. I specialize in helping others heal from trauma, abuse, and neglect. I am a proud advocate for the LGBTQ+ folks, BIPOC, and AAPI individuals, and the neurodivergent community. I most enjoy working with people who are historically marginalized, unheard, or who have faced adversity because of who they are.
I am honored to have worked with people across the lifespan, ranging from young children to adults. I am a rostered practitioner of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence-based trauma treatment for children ages 3-18 navigating life after trauma. I also have extensive training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, an evidence-based treatment for caregivers and children beginning in utero to seven years old. I often utilize concepts from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and person-centered therapy to serve my clients, who may be facing eating disorders, anxiety, depression, or identity concerns.
More than any type of therapy, I value my clients’ knowledge of themselves and what works best for them. I actively work with my clients to create a plan that meets their needs and highlights their strengths.
I am a down-to-earth, straightforward therapist who believes in the power of acceptance, support, and a good cry. Reach out today to see if we are a good fit! Whether or not we continue to work together, I am happy to help connect you with a therapist that is right for you.
